Saudi Vision 2030, launched in 2016, is the Kingdom's plan to diversify its economy and raise quality of life. It rests on three pillars, a vibrant society, a thriving economy and an ambitious nation, and it is delivered through Vision Realization Programs, each with its own targets. رؤية السعودية 2030، التي أُطلقت عام 2016، هي خطة المملكة لتنويع اقتصادها ورفع جودة الحياة. تقوم على ثلاثة محاور: مجتمع حيوي، واقتصاد مزدهر، ووطن طموح، وتُنفَّذ عبر برامج تحقيق الرؤية، ولكل برنامج مستهدفاته.
Construction sits close to many of those targets: the homes families build, the contractors who build them, and the way projects are financed and managed. That is the space Ertah works in. قطاع البناء قريب من كثير من هذه المستهدفات: البيوت التي تبنيها الأسر، والمقاولون الذين يبنونها، وطريقة تمويل المشاريع وإدارتها. وفي هذه المساحة تحديدًا تعمل إيرتاه.

Homeownership: 70% by 2030تملّك المساكن: 70% بحلول 2030
The Housing Program aims to raise the share of Saudi families who own their home to 70% by 2030. The rate reached 63.74% at the end of 2023.يستهدف برنامج الإسكان رفع نسبة تملّك الأسر السعودية للمساكن إلى 70% بحلول 2030، وبلغت النسبة 63.74% بنهاية 2023.
Ertah helps families build on their own land with vetted vendors, written contracts and staged payments, so owning a home becomes a project they can manage with confidence.تساعد إيرتاه الأسر على البناء في أراضيها مع مزوّدين موثّقين وعقود مكتوبة ودفعات مرحلية، ليصبح امتلاك البيت مشروعًا تديره بثقة.
Housing financeالتمويل السكني
The Financial Sector Development Program works to build a diversified, effective financial sector, housing finance included.يعمل برنامج تطوير القطاع المالي على بناء قطاع مالي متنوّع وفعّال، ومنه التمويل السكني.
Through our partnership with Gulf International Bank (GIB), construction financing is disbursed stage by stage, in step with the milestones of each Ertah contract.من خلال شراكتنا مع بنك الخليج الدولي، يُصرف تمويل البناء مرحلة بمرحلة، وفق مراحل عقد إيرتاه.
Small and medium enterprises: from 20% to 35% of GDPالمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة: من 20% إلى 35% من الناتج المحلي

Ertah opens funded projects to vetted contractors and suppliers of every size, with a public track record and payment tied to the work they deliver.تفتح إيرتاه المشاريع الممولة أمام المقاولين والمورّدين الموثّقين بمختلف أحجامهم، مع سجل أعمال علني ومستحقات مرتبطة بالإنجاز.
Private sector: from 40% to 65% of GDPالقطاع الخاص: من 40% إلى 65% من الناتج المحلي
The Vision targets raising the private sector's share of GDP from 40% to 65%.تستهدف الرؤية رفع حصة القطاع الخاص من الناتج المحلي من 40% إلى 65%.
For developers, Ertah acts as an execution and oversight arm: assigning pre-qualified contractors, securing better prices and supervising work through to handover, so private projects move faster.للمطوّرين، تعمل إيرتاه ذراعًا تنفيذيًا ورقابيًا: تخصّص المقاولين المؤهّلين، وتحقّق أسعارًا أفضل، وتشرف على التنفيذ حتى الاستلام، فتتقدّم مشاريع القطاع الخاص بوتيرة أسرع.
