Verification is completed in four steps, and most applications are approved within 3–5 working days. Yes. Browsing vendors, requesting quotes, and managing your project on Ertah is completely free for home seekers. We charge vendors a small service fee on completed projects, which is how we sustain the platform.

Ertah has a dedicated dispute resolution team. Payments are held in escrow and only released on milestone completion confirmed by both parties. If a dispute arises, our team mediates and can withhold funds until it is resolved.

The process has four steps: (1) we verify your Saudi commercial registration and municipal construction licence, (2) confirm business owner identity, (3) review past project portfolios, and (4) conduct a short onboarding call. Most vendors are approved within 3–5 working days.
